Anyone can buy from Splash Alley and benefit from our unbeatable wholesale pricing. Our online store sells directly to the general public, businesses and other organisations. Companies, government departments, sporting clubs, churches, educational institutions and associations buy uniforms and workwear from us.

No, we only sell online and for good reason. It lets us keep our costs down so our prices are the lowest in the market for our customers.

While there are no minimums for the majority of our blank clothing orders, the following exceptions do apply:

• Sportage - minimum order of 10 items in total (styles can be mixed)
• Flexfit - minimum order of 5 items (styles can be mixed)
• Bisley - orders under $400 incur a $25 small order fee, which is included in Shipping at Checkout
• Blue Whale - orders under $300 incur a $10 small order fee included in Shipping at Checkout
• Embroidery and Print - minimums of 5 items for embroidery and 20 items for screen printing apply

1. Our customer service team reviews your order to check the details are correct and your items are available for immediate shipment.

2. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email including a tracking number if available.

For blank apparel orders, the standard delivery time for metro areas is 2-5 business days. Custom branded apparel orders take between 7 and 14 business days from approval of artwork. If your order is urgent, please call our customer service team on 1300 380 047. We will move heaven and earth to get your delivery to you as fast as possible.

When we ship your order, we email you an order tracking number and link. Click on the link to check your order’s delivery status. You can also sign in to your Splash Alley account or call us with the order number and last name on the order, and we will check the status for you.

We are unable to make changes to the items in your order once it has been processed by our supplier’s warehouse. Please check the contents of your cart carefully, particularly sizing, before processing your order.

No, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order and contact us. We’ll do our best to have it shipped together with your previous order.

Sometimes demand exceeds supply and the item you have ordered may be temporarily out of stock.If that happens we can either place it on back order for you, or cancel your order for a full refund.

Yes, it’s easy to place a repeat order with Splash Alley. Simply log in to your account and click the Repeat Order link in Order History. This will add all your previously ordered items and customisations to your shopping cart, and you can pay to complete your order.

Our online business is direct dispatch only. It means your order is shipped directly to you from our suppliers. This keeps our overheads lower than traditional retailers so we can offer the most competitive prices in the market.

All our prices are exclusive of GST and in Australian Dollars.

No, there are no charges for credit card or PayPal payments.

All prices displayed on the website are current at the time of display. Just like other retailers, Splash Alley’s prices are subject to variation or amendment.

Yes, we certainly do. In addition to offering the lowest and best value wholesale prices in Australia, we offer bulk discounts on order quantities greater than 100 units, depending on the brand and style you require. For more information contact us for a written quote.

We only provide written quotes for bulk orders. To get a quote use our Quick Quote Form or email info@splashalley.com.au and our sales team will get back to you within the hour.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) PayPal and direct bank deposits.

Your payment is debited from your credit card or PayPal account when you place an order. We process orders paid by direct deposit once we receive the payment from your bank. We don’t accept part payments or cash on delivery payments.

Each brand has its own sizing charts and measurements. Please carefully review the sizing information on the product page to ensure correct fit. If the sizing information is missing, or you have any other questions about sizes, our clothing experts can help. For large orders, we recommend you purchase a sizing set of garments before placing your order.

Yes, but we can’t offer free samples on request unfortunately. You can purchase a clothing sample from us instead, and if you’d like us to add any printing or embroidery, simply send it to us and we’ll take care of this for you.

For garments with embroidery, we email you a sample garment image featuring your embroidery. For screen printing we provide a PDF mock-up/art file for approval.

No, we can’t. Federal regulations don’t permit the accredited carriers we use for Splash Alley deliveries to ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping times depend on your location, the products ordered and whether your garments are being embroidered or printed.
If we receive your order before 11 am Monday - Friday AEST, shipping times for blank clothing items that are in stock are 2-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 7 business days for rural and regional areas. Delivery times for garments that require embroidery or printing vary, depending on the decoration process and the order volume, but are generally 17-14 days after confirmation of payment and approval of all artwork files.
If you require delivery by a specific date, please call us on 1300 380 047 and let us know before you place your order, and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Click on the link to check the delivery status of your order or sign in to your account to view the order tracking information. You can also contact our customer service team for information about your order status. Have your order number and last name on the order handy so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Yes, we can deliver to international addresses. Please contact us for a quote to ship an order outside of Australia.

You can change your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been processed. To change your shipping address, please call us as soon as possible on 1300 380 047 or email info@splashalley.com.au with your order number and new shipping address.

Splash Alley has no liability for goods lost in transit. When you make a purchase and receive an invoice, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to our policies.

If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or is faulty in any way, please email us at info@splashalley.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the faulty product and as much information as possible about the defect or fault.

Yes, unlike many other online wholesalers, we accept returns if you change your mind about your purchase. The following conditions apply:

1. We only accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your order.
2. All returns, aside from faulty items, are subject to a restocking fee of $25 per brand, or 15% of the purchase price, whichever is the higher.
3. Correct paperwork including a Return Authority must accompany all returns, or they will not be processed.
4. You have the choice of a credit note or refund for your returned item(s).
5. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

To return your order, please follow the instructions below:

• Login to your Account → Orders. Find the order you wish to return, then click → Return Items? on the right of the page OR complete our Contact Us form with your order number/reasons for return.
• We will email you a Return Authority and details of the supplier return address.
• Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be processed by our suppliers.
• Your item/s must be unused in as-new condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted on sale and clearance items as well as garments that have been printed, embroidered or decorated in any way unless faulty.
• We are unable to accept returns if the total value of item/s (excluding delivery costs) is less than $25.00 (the restocking fee value)
• We aim to process your refund or store credit within 7-14 days of receipt of the original product
