Most blank orders have no minimum. A few brands set their own minimum, shown above the Add to cart button where it applies, and each decoration method has a minimum run, shown when you select it.

Blank orders to metro areas usually arrive in 2-5 business days. Decorated orders take 7-14 business days from approval of your artwork. If your order is urgent, call 1300 363 656.

Yes. For embroidery we email you a photo of your logo stitched out on fabric. For large orders, or if you ask, we also supply a pre-production sample on the garment. For screen printing you receive a PDF mock-up. Nothing is run until you approve it.

Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically at the quantities shown on this page. For larger runs, use Request a quote here or the Quick Quote form and the sales team will come back to you with a written quote.

Each brand has its own size chart, linked on this page, and sizes vary between brands. For large orders, buy a sizing set first so your team can try before you commit.

Blank garments can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused with tags attached, for a credit note or refund less a restocking fee of $25 per brand or 15% of the purchase price, whichever is higher. Return shipping is at your cost. Sale items and garments that have been printed, embroidered or decorated can only be returned if faulty.
